For owners Troy and Jennifer Olson, this place is more than a restaurant – it’s a reflection of the way they were raised and the life they’ve built together. College sweethearts, Troy and Jenn first met during their college years – Troy on the football field and Jenn cheering on the sidelines – and have been building their life around connection, community and shared experiences ever since.

Growing up, both Troy and Jenn knew the dinner table as something special. It wasn’t just about the meal – it was where the day came together. Between sports, busy schedules and everyday chaos, it was the one place everyone showed up, shared stories, laughed a little too loud, maybe vented a bit and simply belonged.

That belief stuck. Today, as parents to twin daughters and a son, Troy and Jenn still hold tight to the idea that gathering around a table isn’t a break from life – it is life.

With more than 25 years in the restaurant industry, Troy brings experience, heart and a true passion for hospitality. He knows the difference between a good night out and a great one – and he’s always aiming for greatest-of-all-time status. Together, he and Jenn have created a space that feels welcoming, familiar and just elevated enough to make any day or night feel worth celebrating.
